The manufacture and assembly of every control panel is always completed ‘In House’ guaranteeing the highest quality, and compliance with both our clients standards and specifications, and current legislations.
Assisted by the integration of AutoCAD each Control Panel is carefully planned, manufactured and assembled in compliance with British/European standards, together with customer’s specifications and requirements.
Typically our control panels house, electrical distribution, DOL and Star-Delta motor controls, variable speed drives, Instrumentation, PLC hardware, etc, generally forming part of a complete system. However we do manufacture and assemble panels as ‘stand alone’ contracts either to our design our to our customers design.
Our manufacturing/assembly services typically supply the following systems:
- Custom-designed Enclosures (Mild Steel and Stainless Steel)
- Standard Wall or Floor Mounted Enclosures
- Desks and Consoles
- Multi-compartmental Distribution/Motor Control Centres
- Hazardous Area Enclosures – EEx-d, EEx-e, EEx-i
- Delivery throughout the UK.
Quality Control
Upon completion of the Control Panel, we will generate an inspection report to accompany the final shipment. In addition, an electronic project folder is created for each project to ensure that all relative documents, emails and certifications are traceable for years to come.
